Not sure where you were, I realize historical constructing area is gated - they charge admission to get in, and old barracks location is fenced, and down below fort, at River location would be the condition park exactly where detecting isn't really allowed. But it is a huge space so there may be areas outside of these that I am not mindful of.Chr
